Job Description: Site Reliability Engineer
Location: HOUSTON (US:77001), TX
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain infrastructure and automation tools using cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and reporting systems using tools and frameworks such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.
- Apply software engineering best practices and standards to develop and maintain code and scripts using languages such as Python, Go, Java, etc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and incidents using root cause analysis, debugging, and testing techniques
- Conduct performance testing and tuning to optimize the throughput, latency, and resource utilization of our systems
- Document and communicate site reliability engineering processes and solutions to stakeholders and users
